No matter which country you plan to either settle in or just purchase for some of the above reasons each country has different criteria for things such as health care, schools and residency but no matter what the rules are we can easily guide you through them.

For example in some countries the UK has reciprocal health care system that is free to those who are of retirement age and have qualified for a state pension in the UK, but even if one does qualify for free health care we would always advice that it is prudent to consider Health Care Insurance for the reason that while for example the hospital care in Spain is first class it is sometimes the after care that can create concern, but on this point please consult us if you have any issues about health care or for that matter any aspect of living abroad permanently or for only short periods of time.
