INSPECTION TOURS

As TaycasaVillas Limited are totally independent, inspection trips are booked through our developers. Each developer has different criteria. Once you have chosen your property, we can then advise you on the prevailing conditions. Should you wish to take an inspection trip to view any of the properties we have on offer, we will arrange for our developers to show you the properties of your choice. We will ensure you see a good selection of properties within your given criteria and price range and re-visit any that you wish to go back to as often as time permits.

GENERALLY:

• Viewing trips last for 3/4 days
• You will be picked up at the airport where applicable
• Accommodation will be arranged on your behalf. (In some cases accommodation is provided for your trip, otherwise we can arrange preferential rates at nearby hotels.)
• Viewing's will be arranged according to your requirements
• You will be given a guided tour of the area
• Our agents will endeavor to answer all your questions

OUR PROMISE

You will not be put under any undue pressure to purchase whilst you are on your trip. We choose our developers carefully and only work with developers who take care of our clients. We want the choice of purchase to be yours, not ours and we hope you have an enjoyable trip and find your dream home!
